Lesson of life.

“This is an important lesson to remember when you’re having a bad day, a bad month, or a shitty year. Things will change: you won’t feel this way forever. And anyway, sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones your soul needs most. I believe you can’t feel real joy unless you’ve felt heartache. You can’t have a sense of victory unless you know what it means to fail. You can’t know what it’s like to feel holy until you know what it’s like to feel really fucking evil. And you can’t be birthed again until you’ve died.

Confident with style.

Front Row

"Everyone Can’t be in your front row"

Life is a theater so invite your audiences carefully. Not everyone is holy enough and healthy enough to have a FRONT ROW seat in our lives.
There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let go, or at least minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible, not-going-anywhere relationships, friendships, fellowships and family!
Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW.

Observe the relationships around you. Pay attention to: Which ones lift and which ones lean?
Which ones encourage and which ones discourage?
Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which ones are just going downhill?

When you leave certain people, do you feel better or feel worse?
Which ones always have drama or don’t really understand, know and appreciate you and the gift that lies within you?
Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW.

The more you seek God and the things of God, the more you seek quality, the more you seek not just the hand of God but the face of God, the more you seek things honorable, the more you seek growth, peace of mind, love and truth around you, the easier it will become for you to decide who gets to sit in the FRONT ROW and who should be moved to the balcony of your life.
Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW.

You cannot change the people around you…but you can change the people you are around!
Ask God for wisdom and discernment and choose wisely the people who sit in the FRONT ROW of your life.

Remember that FRONT ROW seats are for special and deserving people and those who sit in your FRONT ROW should be chosen carefully.
Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW

Bad Bitch you’re really a Queen.

Your Beauty is found in your substance. Growing up in today’s society as a young woman is challenging. Societal norms try to push you towards everything that is false. A false image, false relationships, false dreams and etc. I want to focus on the false image that society embarks in young women’s minds daily through social media and other avenues of media in general. Today many young females are striving to be a “Bad Bitch” according to Urban dictionary a Bad Bitch is :

1.Female who knows what she wants and knows exactly how to get it

2.Female who is always ready for anything physically, emotionally, and also intellectually(one being book smart as well as street smart).

3.One who is classy and all about business

4.Last but certainly not least one who knows how to take care of her man at home and in the streets and remains loyal to him(her man), herself, and the game at which she plays. Bad Bitch A self respected, strong female who has everything together. That consists of body, mind, finances, and swagger. Also, a female who does & gets hers by any means necessary. Syn. - Go Getter *

Now, the description may sound positive to you. The definition isn’t the problem, the title is. The title society give a woman who seems to have it all together is Bad Bitch instead of a Queen. Usually this women is very beautiful maybe even gorgeous but most times lacks true substance. This female can be borderline materialistic, this woman isn’t that bad to try to save souls shed rather live in  vanity. **Lets take a moment to pray for her salvation first!!**

Carry on! Queens are beautiful, they are prepared extensively and made beautiful to occupy the throne. ” Let the king appoint commissioners in every province of his realm to bring all these beautiful young women into the harem at the citadel of Susa. Let them be placed under the care of Hegai, the king’s eunuch, who is in charge of the women; and let beauty treatments be given to them. Before a young woman’s turn came to go in to King Xerxes, she had to complete twelve months of beauty treatments prescribed for the women, six months with oil of myrrh and six with perfumes and cosmetics. And this is how she would go to the king: Anything she wanted was given her to take with her from the harem to the king’s palace. In the evening she would go there and in the morning return to another part of the harem to the care of Shaashgaz, the king’s eunuch who was in charge of the concubines. She would not return to the king unless he was pleased with her and summoned her by name.”(Esther 2:3, 12-14 NIV) Bare with me. The lack of substance in today’s society is present in females because they are not taking the time out to be prepared into a Queen! You have to let Jesus prepare you he gives a glow that no bronzer can give. Let’s continue to look at how ” Bad” Queen Esther was when it came to running and handling her business (The Lords Business). True Queens are responsible for others, they do not delight in vanity or selfish acts the delight in service. This passage below describes the turmoil Queen Esther is about to face. “When Esther’s words were reported to Mordecai, he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” (BOSS) So Mordecai went away and carried out all of Esther’s instructions. (Esther 4:12-17 NIV)” Through Esther’s Year long preparation she was well equipped on knowing what to do and how to do it! “On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the palace, in front of the king’s hall. The king was sitting on his royal throne in the hall, facing the entrance. When he saw Queen Esther standing in the court, he was pleased with her and held out to her the gold scepter that was in his hand. So Esther approached and touched the tip of the scepter. Then the king asked, “What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be given you.” (Esther 5:1-3 NIV)” To make a long story short Esther saved all the Jews from a Genocide. She didn’t do this by giving up her body or dancing for bands. She used her inner and outer beauty to get the king to listen to her about saving her people.
